Crexendo Inside Sales
Crexendo is currently seeking highly motivated, customer service oriented individuals to join our inside sales team.
Crexendo provides e-commerce solutions to entrepreneurs and businesses enabling them to sell and market their products or services over the Internet. The company sells its proprietary software and services to entrepreneurs and businesses, which allows them to sell and market their products and services, accept online orders, analyze marketing performance and manage pricing and customers over the Internet. In addition to software and services, Crexendo offers e-commerce enabled web site development and implementation, web site hosting, search engine optimization (SEO) and training.
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Professional communication skills and presence on the phone
- Must work well in a changing environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Internet Based Business and Solutions
- History of strong organizational skills
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Establishing relationships and closing sales over the phone
- Reactivation / Saving current customers
- Assessment and development of products for customers
- Tracking and achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Following up with sales leads
- Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
